Do I need to connect my bank?

No bank connection or banking login is needed.

How do I add my subscriptions?

Import them from a screenshot, choose from the catalog, or enter them yourself. You review every import before anything is added; screenshot recognition can miss or misread details, so check each one.

How does Aurabill help me cancel?

Aurabill shows you where to go. Billed by Apple? Aurabill opens your Apple subscriptions list — tap the service there to cancel. Other subscriptions get a cancellation or help link where one is available, and step-by-step guides for 31 services, still awaiting human verification, are free to read on our blog and open in the app with Plus. You complete the cancellation with Apple or the service.

Can I get a refund for a charge I’ve already paid?

For subscriptions billed through Apple, Aurabill links you to Apple’s refund page, and Plus walks you through the request. Apple decides whether it’s eligible. A refund request doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Where are my subscriptions stored?

On your iPhone. You don’t need an Aurabill account, and your subscription records aren’t uploaded. Device backups you turn on can include them. The privacy policy has the details.
