How to cancel Fabletics

Quick answer

  1. Sign in at fabletics.com/account/profile.
  2. Choose to cancel your VIP membership online and follow the prompts to the end.
  3. Or call 1-844-322-5384 or use chat. Fabletics' help center lists both as open 24/7.
  4. Between the 1st and the 5th, select Skip the Month as well, so this month isn't charged while your cancellation goes through.
  5. Keep the confirmation.

Fabletics' membership page says a cancellation takes effect after 30 days. After you cancel you can still shop at regular prices, and unused VIP credits stay usable until 12 months after they were issued. If you pay for the Fabletics FIT app through Apple or Google Play, cancel that there.

Fee warning

There's no cancellation fee, but the date matters. While your membership is active, Fabletics charges $69.95 for each month's VIP credit unless you skip that month by the 5th. Its terms say the charge comes on the 6th; its help center says billing can happen any day from the 6th to the 12th. Fabletics' membership page also says a cancellation takes effect after 30 days, so a charge may still come after you cancel. When you cancel, ask whether any charge is still pending, or skip the month too if it's the 1st to the 5th. Fabletics doesn't publish a refund policy for that charge, but the credit stays usable for 12 months, even after you cancel. Its terms say to dispute a charge within 30 days of receiving its invoice.

First, find out who bills you

The device you use doesn't decide how you cancel. The company that charges you does.

Fastest check: The VIP membership is charged to the payment method saved on your Fabletics account. Sign in at fabletics.com and select Billing & Shipping to see it. If you pay for the Fabletics FIT workout app inside the app, that charge comes from Apple or Google Play instead.

Cancel on the Fabletics website

Recommended

Fabletics' terms say you can cancel online from your account at any time. This works in any browser, on a computer or a phone.

  1. Open fabletics.com/account/profile and sign in.
  2. Find your VIP membership details and choose the option to cancel online.
  3. Follow the prompts to the end. If Fabletics shows offers, such as money off your next order or a break from VIP credits, select Continue to cancel.
  4. Save a screenshot of the page that says your membership is cancelled.

Done when: Fabletics shows that your VIP membership has been cancelled.

  • Only the registered VIP member or the holder of the card or payment method on file can cancel.
  • Cancelling between the 1st and the 5th? You can also select Skip the Month first. That stops this month's charge on its own.

Cancel by phone

Fabletics lists its phone line as open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  1. Call 1-844-322-5384 (1-844-Fabletics).
  2. Say: "I want to cancel my Fabletics VIP membership. Please confirm the cancellation and tell me if any charge is still pending."
  3. Write down the date, the agent's name and any confirmation number.

Done when: The agent confirms that your VIP membership is cancelled.

  • Have the email address on your Fabletics account ready.
  • The same number can skip a month for you if you'd rather not cancel yet.

Cancel by chat

Fabletics' help center lists web messaging (chat) as open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  1. Open help.fabletics.com and select Contact Us.
  2. Select Web Messaging. If a privacy notice appears, select Accept.
  3. If an automated assistant answers first, ask for a live agent to cancel your VIP membership.
  4. Type: "I want to cancel my Fabletics VIP membership. Please confirm when it's done and tell me if any charge is still pending."
  5. When the agent confirms, save or screenshot the chat.

Done when: The agent confirms in the chat that your VIP membership is cancelled.

Billed by Apple

This applies only if you pay for the Fabletics FIT workout app through the App Store. It doesn't cancel a VIP membership.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your Apple subscriptions.
  2. Tap Fabletics FIT.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Done when: Fabletics FIT in your Apple subscriptions shows an end date instead of a renewal date.

  • The same link works on a Mac, where it opens your subscriptions in the App Store.
  • No Cancel Subscription button means it's already cancelled.
  • VIP members get Fabletics FIT at no extra cost, so a VIP member doesn't need a separate Apple subscription for it.

Billed by Google Play

This applies only if you pay for the Fabletics FIT workout app through Google Play. It doesn't cancel a VIP membership.

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Fabletics FIT.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.

Done when: Google Play shows the date the subscription ends.

Skip a month instead of cancelling

Between the 1st and the 5th of each month, sign in at fabletics.com and select Skip the Month, or call 1-844-322-5384. You aren't charged for that month. There's no limit on how often you skip, but you skip one month at a time.

If you skip, some VIP-only benefits aren't available for the rest of that month. Miss the 5th and the $69.95 charge goes through.

Fabletics' help center also mentions pausing an account. The online cancel flow may offer to skip the next 3 months of VIP credits instead. If you choose a pause, check your account for when billing starts again.

What Fabletics shows you before you leave

No Fabletics help article lists what it offers when you cancel. The online cancel flow may offer money off your next order or a break from VIP credits. To leave, select Continue to cancel. Fabletics also points members to Skip the Month as the way to avoid a monthly charge.

Before you cancel, redeem your loyalty points: Fabletics says they expire when you cancel your VIP membership. Unused VIP credits are different. They stay usable after you cancel, until 12 months after they were issued.

  • Skip the month or pause instead: Say no and continue until Fabletics confirms your VIP membership is cancelled.
  • Money off your next order to stay: Select Continue to cancel.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access: VIP prices and member-only products end. You can still shop Fabletics at regular retail prices.
  • VIP credits: Unused credits stay on your account and you can still redeem them. They expire 12 months after they were issued and can't be swapped for cash.
  • Loyalty points: Points expire when you cancel. A Fabletics Reserve Card keeps working wherever Visa is accepted, but stops earning Fabletics points.
  • Fabletics FIT: Free app access ends with the membership. Fabletics lists the app at $14.99 a month without one.
  • Your data: Cancelling ends the membership, not the account. Fabletics' privacy policy says it keeps your information while you have an account. Residents of some states can ask for deletion by calling 1-855-266-9949; the policy lists which states. The policy warns that a deletion request deletes your whole account, including any unused VIP credits, reward points and order history, so use your credits first.
  • Rejoining: Choose the VIP membership at checkout. Your loyalty tier and progress may start over.

How to check it worked

  1. Keep the cancellation screen, the chat transcript, or the agent's name and the date.
  2. Sign in again and check that your account no longer shows an active VIP membership.
  3. Check your statement after the 12th of the month (this month if you cancelled before the 6th, otherwise next month), since Fabletics says billing can land any day from the 6th to the 12th. If a new membership charge appears, contact Fabletics about it.
  4. If you pay for Fabletics FIT through Apple or Google Play, check that it shows an end date there too.

Getting a refund

  • Monthly charge: Fabletics doesn't publish a refund policy for a monthly charge that already went through. The VIP credit it bought stays usable for 12 months, even after you cancel. Fabletics says a charge already turned into store credit generally can't go back to your card.
  • Charged in error or after cancelling: Contact Fabletics at 1-844-322-5384 or by chat and ask it to review the charge. Fabletics' terms say to tell it about a disputed charge within 30 days of receiving its invoice. If Fabletics issues a refund, it says refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days, or 7 to 10 for PayPal.
  • Returns: US orders can go back within 30 days of shipment, unworn with tags attached. Anything paid with store credit comes back as store credit.
  • Billed by Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, not Fabletics.
  • Billed by Google Play: Within 48 hours of a purchase, you may be able to request a refund on Google Play. After that, Google says to contact the developer, Fabletics.

If you were billed through the App Store, Apple decides eligibility case by case. Refund rules differ by country and by provider.

Questions people ask

Is there a fee to cancel Fabletics?

No. Unused credits stay on your account and you can still use them until 12 months after they were issued. They can't be turned into cash.

Can someone else cancel for me?
