Fee warning
Cancel by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date. Noom doesn't refund renewal charges, and a multi-month plan renews for another billing period charged up front. Its terms say it doesn't send a separate reminder before a trial ends, unless the law requires one. If Apple bills you, cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
First, find out who bills you
The device you use doesn't decide how you cancel. The company that charges you does.
Fastest check: Search your email for a receipt. An email from Noom with the subject Your Noom Receipt means Noom bills you, and the Subscription Portal shows the card used and your next charge date. An Apple or Google Play receipt means the store bills you.

Cancel on the Noom website
If you signed up on noom.com, Noom bills you. The Subscription Portal works in any browser, on a computer or on your phone.
- Sign in at account.noom.com with the login you use for Noom.
- On the main page, select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps until Noom confirms the cancellation.
Done when: Noom confirms the cancellation on screen, and the Subscription Portal no longer shows a date you'll be charged.
- Cancel by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the day before your next billing date. After that, Noom charges you for the next period.
- Add-ons such as Premium or Noom Metabolic supplements are billed separately, on their own cycle. Check the portal for any add-on that still shows a renewal date. Sermorelin Peptide and NAD+ are separate subscriptions too. Noom says to cancel them in the app, under Manage Subscription.
- Forgot your password? Reset it at app.noom.com/password-reset.
- Deleting the Noom app doesn't cancel your subscription.
Cancel in the Noom app
If Noom bills you directly, you can also cancel in the Noom app on iPhone or Android.
- Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture at the top left.
- Tap Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
Done when: Noom confirms the cancellation, and the Subscription Portal no longer shows a date you'll be charged.
- Don't see Settings? Some versions of the app list Manage Subscription under Account after you tap your profile picture.
- Noom Med uses the same steps. Your plan stays active to the end of the current cycle. To stop refills you no longer want in that cycle, email support@noom.com.
- Sermorelin Peptide and NAD+ are separate subscriptions, each with its own billing cycle. Cancelling your GLP-1 Rx Program doesn't cancel them. Cancel each one in the app: tap your profile picture, then Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel with Apple or Google instead. The steps are below.
Billed by Apple
If you bought Noom in the iPhone or iPad app and Apple sent the receipt, Apple bills you and you cancel with Apple.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open your Apple subscriptions.
- Tap Noom.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Done when: Noom in your Apple subscriptions shows an end date instead of a renewal date.
- The same link works on a Mac, where it opens your subscriptions in the App Store.
- No Cancel Subscription button means it's already cancelled.
- Noom not in the list? Check the Apple receipt email to see which Apple Account paid, and sign in with that account to cancel. If a family member's account paid, only they can cancel it.
- If you're in a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, or Apple may charge you for the plan.
- Noom's terms say Apple's rules on billing, cancelling and refunds apply to App Store purchases.
- Deleting the Noom app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Billed by Google Play
If you bought Noom in the Android app and Google Play sent the receipt, cancel it in Google Play.
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Noom.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Done when: Google Play shows the date the subscription ends.
- On a computer, open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and sign in with the Google account that paid.
- Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Get help from Noom support
If you can't sign in or the cancel steps don't work, ask Noom support to help you cancel. Chat is open 24/7.
- Call 1-888-266-5071, every day, 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Or chat any time: in the app, tap your profile picture, then Help, or sign in at account.noom.com/portal.
- Say: "I want to cancel my Noom subscription and any add-ons. Please confirm the date my access ends."
- Write down the date, the agent's name and any confirmation you get. Save a copy of the chat.
Done when: You get a written confirmation, and the Subscription Portal no longer shows a date you'll be charged.
- Can't sign in? On Noom's Contact Support page, select the orange chat button at the bottom right, or send the Contact Support Form and choose Manage my subscription and billing, then Subscription cancellation.
- To find your account, support may ask for the last 4 digits and expiry date of your card, your PayPal email or a screenshot of the charge. Noom asks you not to share your full card number.
- Employer or health plan members have their own team: use the support chat in the app or email partnersupport@noom.com.
Cancel by mail (California residents)
California residents can cancel a new subscription and get a refund by mail until midnight of the third business day after signing up, not counting Sundays and holidays.
- Write a short notice saying you're cancelling your agreement with Noom. Sign and date it.
- Add the email address on your Noom account so Noom can find it.
- Mail or deliver it to Noom, Inc., Attn: Legal Department, One Palmer Square, Suite 441, Princeton, NJ 08542, before the deadline.
- Keep a copy and proof of the date you sent it.
Done when: The refund for your purchase appears on your card or PayPal statement.
- Noom's terms say it may end your access as soon as it receives the notice.
- Mail is slow. If you also want to be sure the subscription doesn't renew, cancel in the Subscription Portal too.
- Noom's terms say some other places may have a cooling-off period too. Rules differ by state.
Family Plan, employer and health plan members
On a Family Plan, only the primary user can manage billing or cancel. Cancelling ends both people's subscriptions, and the two accounts can't be split. The second person has 6 days to sign up again with the same email and keep their progress.
If you're the second person and want out, ask the primary user to change the plan. Family Plans exist only for Noom Weight in the US.
If your employer or health plan sponsors Noom, you aren't billed and there's nothing to cancel. For questions about your enrollment, or about staying on after the sponsored plan ends, email partnersupport@noom.com or use the support chat in the app.
Free trial
Noom Weight trials last 7 or 14 days. For a 7-day trial, Noom may let you choose what you pay. When the trial ends, Noom charges for the plan you picked at sign-up. Its terms say it doesn't send a separate reminder first, unless the law requires one.
To avoid that charge, cancel by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the day before the trial ends. If Apple bills you, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Noom's terms say cancelling during a trial or promotion may end your access right away.
Noom Med programs have their own trial length and price, shown when you sign up.
What Noom shows you before you leave
Noom doesn't publish what its cancel screens show. Keep following the prompts until Noom confirms that the cancellation went through.
If you'd rather stay on a different plan, Noom offers two published options: Change My Plan in the Subscription Portal switches to another plan length, and Noom Med members can switch to Noom Weight in the portal or through support.
What happens after you cancel
- Access: You keep full access until the end of the billing period you paid for. If you cancel during a trial or promotion, access may end right away.
- Your data: You can keep using the free version of the app and see what you logged before. To get a copy, use Request My Data in the Subscription Portal. To delete your account, cancel first, then select Delete my account in the portal. Noom deletes it within 30 days, and you can't reuse that email for a new account until then.
- Rejoining: Select Restart My Subscription in the Subscription Portal, or in the app tap your profile picture, then Manage Subscription, then Restart My Subscription. Noom may charge the payment method on file.
How to check it worked
- Sign in to the Subscription Portal and check your subscription status and next charge date.
- Check that no add-on, such as Premium, Noom Metabolic, Sermorelin Peptide or NAD+, still shows a renewal date in the Subscription Portal or in the app's Manage Subscription.
- If Apple or Google Play bills you, check that Noom shows an end date in your Apple subscriptions or in Google Play.
- Check your next card or PayPal statement for a new Noom charge.
Getting a refund
- Noom Weight: You can ask for a refund of your first subscription or add-on charge within 14 days. Renewal charges aren't refunded. Ask in the support chat and give the charge date and your reason. Noom decides if you qualify.
- Noom Med: A refund may be possible until a prescription has been written, but not after. For Telehealth for Branded Meds, ask within 7 days of your first charge and before any clinical visit.
- California residents: You can cancel by mail within 3 business days of signing up and get a refund. See Cancel by mail above. Noom's terms say some other places may have a cooling-off period too. Rules differ by state.
- Billed by Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, not Noom.
- Billed by Google Play: Within 48 hours of a purchase, you may be able to request a refund on Google Play. After that, Google says to contact the developer, Noom.

Questions people ask
Does deleting the Noom app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling doesn't cancel anything. Cancel in the Subscription Portal or the app, or with Apple or Google Play if they bill you.
Can I get money back after a renewal?
Not from Noom: it doesn't refund renewal charges, so cancel by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the day before your billing date. If Apple bills you, you can request a refund from Apple, and Apple decides. If Google Play bills you, you may be able to get a refund from Google Play within 48 hours of the charge.
I finished my program. Will Noom keep charging me?
Yes, if your subscription is still active. Finishing the program doesn't stop billing. Cancel to stop the next charge.
Can I pause Noom instead?
Noom's help pages don't offer a pause for Noom Weight, and the Noom Metabolic supplement subscription can't be paused or skipped. You can switch to another plan length with Change My Plan in the Subscription Portal, or cancel and restart later.
I'm on Noom Med. How do I cancel?
In the app, tap your profile picture, then Settings, then Manage Subscription, and follow the steps to cancel. Your plan stays active to the end of the current cycle.
