Fee warning

Cancel at least 3 days before your next payment or ship date. BODi's terms say that if you cancel later, the subscription renews as scheduled and the cancellation takes effect the following period. Digital plan renewals, including annual ones, aren't refundable. Each Shakeology or supplement subscription has the same deadline, or that order still bills and ships.

First, find out who bills you

The device you work out on doesn't decide how you cancel. The company that charges you does.

Fastest check: Sign in and open your Memberships & Subscriptions page. A plan you bought from BODi is listed there with its renewal date. A plan bought in the app through Apple, Google Play or Roku isn't listed, so check who sent your receipt email.

Recommended

For a digital plan bought from BODi. This works in any browser, on a computer or on your phone.

  1. Sign in to your Memberships & Subscriptions page.
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.
  4. Choose an option. Within 31 days of your first purchase you may see Cancel and Refund Me (refund, and access ends now) and Cancel and Keep Access (access until your billing period or trial ends). Otherwise you see Cancel Subscription, which keeps access until the period ends.
  5. Follow the prompts to the end.

Done when: The subscription shows Inactive, with the date your access ends.

  • Already shows Inactive? Auto-renewal is already off, and access ends on the date shown.
  • Can't find your subscription? Check that you signed in with the email you used to buy it. If you bought BODi in the app through Apple, Google Play or Roku, or through another store such as Amazon, cancel with that store.
  • Want access to end right away without a refund? After cancelling, fill out the BODi Access Removal Request Form. You lose any time left on your plan.
  • Your digital plan and each nutrition subscription are cancelled separately.
  • Deleting the BODi app doesn't stop the subscription.

Cancel Shakeology and other nutrition subscriptions

Supplement and Shakeology subscriptions keep shipping until you cancel each one, even after your digital plan ends.

  1. Sign in to your Memberships & Subscriptions page.
  2. Find the nutrition order under Subscriptions and select Manage.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to the end.
  4. Repeat for every nutrition subscription you want to stop.

Done when: BODi shows the nutrition subscription as cancelled, with no next order scheduled.

  • Cancel at least 3 days before the next payment or ship date. If you cancel later, that order still bills and ships, and the cancellation starts with the following one.
  • A shipment that's already processed can't be cancelled. You can return it within 31 days of delivery: start the return in My Orders. Shakeology bought on BODi.com can be returned even if opened or empty. For other supplements, only your first order of a product can be returned opened. Later orders must be unopened and unused.
  • A new order can be cancelled within its first hour: open My Orders, find the order and select Cancel.

Billed by Apple

If you subscribed in the BODi app on an iPhone or iPad, Apple bills you and only Apple can cancel it.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your Apple subscriptions.
  2. Tap the BODi subscription.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Done when: The BODi subscription in your Apple subscriptions shows an end date instead of a renewal date.

  • The same link works on a Mac, where it opens your subscriptions in the App Store.
  • No Cancel Subscription button means it's already cancelled.
  • BODi support can't cancel, change or refund a subscription that Apple bills, and it doesn't appear on your Memberships & Subscriptions page.

Billed by Google Play

If you subscribed in the BODi app on an Android phone or tablet, Google Play bills you.

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the BODi subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.

Done when: Google Play shows the date the subscription ends.

  • On a computer, open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and sign in with the Google account that paid.
  • Stuck? BODi support can help cancel a Google Play subscription if you give them the order number that starts with GPA, found on your Google Play receipt email.

Billed by Roku

If you subscribed in the BODi app on a Roku device, Roku bills you and you cancel through Roku.

  1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions and sign in.
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select BODi.
  3. Select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.

Done when: Roku shows auto-renew turned off for BODi, and your access runs until the end of the billing period.

  • On the Roku device, press Home, highlight BODi, press the Star button on your remote, then select Manage subscription and Turn off auto-renew.
  • BODi support can't cancel or refund a subscription that Roku bills.

Cancel by chat or text

BODi's help center offers chat and text instead of phone support. If you can't cancel online, ask an agent by chat or text.

  1. Open faq.bodi.com and select Chat with BODi at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your name and the email on your BODi account, then ask the assistant to connect with agent. You can also select Sign in to Text with BODi to text an agent.
  3. Say: "I want to cancel my BODi subscription. Please send me a confirmation."
  4. Save the confirmation and take a screenshot of the conversation.

Done when: BODi confirms the cancellation in writing and your Memberships & Subscriptions page shows the subscription as Inactive.

  • Agents answer Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10 pm Eastern Time (4 am to 7 pm Pacific Time). The AI assistant is available around the clock.
  • BODi's help center says it has no customer support email address in the US.
  • BODi's Terms of Use list Customer Service at 1-800-804-4333 for cancelling future orders, but the help center says it has no US support phone line.

Household profiles

A BODi account can have up to five household Profiles: the primary account holder and up to four others. Every Profile uses the primary account's subscription.

Profiles can't manage or cancel subscriptions. Only the primary account holder can cancel, and that affects everyone on the account.

Free trial

BODi currently offers 7 days free on a monthly digital subscription. Trial terms can differ by offer, so check the terms shown when you signed up.

To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial ends. BODi's terms also say a cancellation must reach BODi at least 3 days before the next scheduled payment date to take effect for that period, so cancelling at least 3 days before your trial ends meets both rules. BODi's terms say it doesn't send a notice when your free trial ends. If you choose Cancel and Keep Access or Cancel Subscription, you can keep using BODi until the trial ends.

A subscription that started with a free trial isn't covered by BODi's 31-day Money Back Guarantee, so the first charge after the trial isn't refundable.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access: You keep access until the end of your billing period or free trial. If you chose Cancel and Refund Me, access ends right away.
  • Your data: Cancelling doesn't delete your personal data. To delete it, send a request through the Data Subject Rights form linked in BODi's privacy rights FAQ. A deletion request also cancels subscriptions bought from BODi, but not ones billed by Apple, Google Play or Roku. Finish any refunds or returns first, because support can't find your account afterwards.
  • Rejoining: Sign in and buy a new subscription at bodi.com. If you cancel a plan BODi no longer sells, you can't buy that plan again.

How to check it worked

  1. Open your Memberships & Subscriptions page and check that the subscription shows Inactive, with the date access ends.
  2. Check every Shakeology or supplement subscription on the same page.
  3. Save the cancellation email or a screenshot. BODi says it can't refund a charge after you cancelled without proof of cancellation.
  4. Check your next card statement for a PPL Team Beachbody charge.

Getting a refund

  • Billed by BODi, first 31 days: Choose Cancel and Refund Me within 31 days of your first purchase. Access ends right away. Plans that started with a free trial don't qualify. BODi says qualifying refunds arrive within 2 days.
  • Renewals: BODi doesn't refund renewals, including annual ones. You keep access until the end of the term you paid for.
  • Charged after you cancelled: Contact BODi by chat or text with proof, such as the cancellation email or a screenshot. BODi says it can't process a refund without it.
  • Shakeology and other products: Start a return in My Orders within 31 days of delivery. BODi takes the return shipping and the original delivery cost out of the refund. Shakeology bought on BODi.com can be returned even if opened or empty. For other supplements, only your first order of a product can be returned opened. Later orders must be unopened and unused.
  • Billed by Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, not BODi.
  • Billed by Google Play: Within 48 hours of a purchase, you may be able to request a refund on Google Play. After that, Google says to contact the developer, BODi. BODi says it can't refund Google Play purchases.
  • Billed by Roku: Roku says subscriptions it bills are non-refundable, including partial periods. See Roku's refund policy.

If you were billed through the App Store, Apple decides eligibility case by case. Refund rules differ by country and by provider.

Questions people ask

Can I cancel BODi by phone?

BODi's help center says it has no customer support phone number or email address in the US, and points you to chat or text. Its Terms of Use still list Customer Service at 1-800-804-4333 for cancelling future orders. To cancel without a call, use your Memberships & Subscriptions page, or chat or text with an agent from faq.bodi.com. Whichever way you cancel, keep the confirmation email or a screenshot.

Will I get money back if I cancel?

Only within 31 days of your first purchase, and only if the plan didn't start with a free trial. Choose Cancel and Refund Me, which ends access right away. Renewals aren't refunded. You keep access until the term ends instead.

When will BODi remind me before my plan renews?

BODi emails a reminder 30 days before a 6-month, annual or 3-year plan renews. Your Memberships & Subscriptions page also shows a billing reminder on the subscription starting 7 days before the renewal date.

I cancelled BODi. Why is Shakeology still shipping?

Nutrition subscriptions are separate from your digital plan. Cancel each one on your Memberships & Subscriptions page at least 3 days before its next payment or ship date. You can return an order that already shipped within 31 days of delivery. Shakeology bought on BODi.com can be returned even if opened or empty. For other supplements, only your first order of a product can be returned opened. Later orders must be unopened and unused.

Why was I charged after I cancelled?

Check whether another BODi plan, a nutrition subscription, or an Apple, Google Play or Roku subscription is still active. If you cancelled less than 3 days before the payment or ship date, BODi's terms say that charge still goes through and the cancellation takes effect the following period. Otherwise, if BODi charged you after you cancelled, contact support with proof, such as the cancellation email or a screenshot.

Can I switch to a cheaper plan or a sale price instead?

If you cancel to buy a different BODi plan, BODi gives no prorated credit for the time left. To get a sale price as an existing member, BODi asks you to cancel and submit the Access Removal Request Form, which ends access right away with no refund. Within 31 days of your first purchase on the website, you can instead choose Cancel and Refund Me, which ends access right away and gives a refund if your plan qualifies. Then you can buy at the sale price.

Does deleting the BODi app cancel my subscription?

No. You're billed until you cancel on your Memberships & Subscriptions page, or with Apple, Google Play or Roku if they bill you.
